Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of clewelle.in and any order you place through it. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you accept these terms.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Clewelle” mean IQ Garments Manufacturers, trading as Clewelle, of Bandlaguda Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad, Telangana 500005, India. “You” means the person placing the order.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are ordering on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Your account

You do not need an account to buy. If you create one, sign-in is by a code sent to your email address rather than a password, so keep access to that inbox secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to it.

3. Products, sizing and images

Every shirt is sold in sizes 38 to 46. Measurements published on a product page are garment measurements and may vary by up to half an inch, as stated on the size chart. Where a product page does not publish a size chart, we have not measured that range yet and we would rather say nothing than publish figures we have not verified — ask us before ordering if you need exact numbers.

We photograph our shirts as accurately as we can, but screens differ and colour on your device may not match the fabric exactly. Fabric texture, weave and the placement of a check or stripe may vary slightly between garments.

Product descriptions, images and prices are subject to change. We may add, withdraw or stop making any product at any time.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹), are inclusive of GST, and are the same in every size of a given shirt. No further tax is added at checkout. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

We take care to price correctly, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to sell at that price. If this happens after you have ordered, we will contact you and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it; it does not by itself form a contract. The contract is formed when we dispatch the order.

We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where the item is out of stock, where we cannot deliver to your address, where a pricing or description error has occurred, where payment is not authorised, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken through the methods offered at checkout, processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

7. Shipping and delivery

Within India, shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value. International shipping is a flat ₹1,800 to the countries listed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes, or anything else outside our reasonable control, but we will help you chase a delayed parcel.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please give a complete and accurate delivery address; we cannot be responsible for an order delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.

International orders: customs duties, import taxes and any handling fees charged in the destination country are your responsibility and are not included in the price or the shipping charge. We cannot predict them. If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs, we cannot refund the shipping charge.

8. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns are covered in full by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: you may return a shirt within 7 days of delivery if it does not fit, and the standard remedy is an exchange for the size you need; a change of mind is not covered. Please read that policy for what is and is not included and for the condition the shirt must be in.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in respect of goods that are defective or not as described.

9. Cancelling an order

You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund — contact us as soon as you can. Once an order has been dispatched it is handled under the Refund Policy instead.

10. Our intellectual property

The Clewelle name and logo, the site design, and all photographs, product imagery and written copy on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our written consent. You may of course share links to our pages.

11. Acceptable use

Please do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data from it by automated means, to resell our products as new or as authorised stock without our written agreement, or to misrepresent your identity.

12. Anything you send us

If you send us a review, photograph, or a message through a form on this site, you confirm it is yours to send and does not infringe anyone else's rights, and you allow us to use it in connection with your enquiry and, where relevant, to display it on the site. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or abusive. Please do not send us confidential information you do not want us to hold.

13. Third-party services and links

This site relies on third parties — our hosting and checkout platform, payment providers and couriers among them — and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Their terms apply to your use of them.

14. Availability of the site

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for maintenance or business reasons.

15. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

16. Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, courier failure, fire, flood, epidemic, civil unrest, failure of public networks, or government action.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order, so please check it each time. Changes do not affect orders already dispatched.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

20. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, tell us through our contact page and put the word “Complaint” in your message, or write to us at the postal address below. Please include your order number.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours of receipt and aim to resolve them within one month.
